Hygiene!!

Hi everybody! Today we're talking about hygiene. I know we all know the basics of hygiene but what about those who need a little more information. As we know, not everyone keeps up with their hygiene and are sometimes unaware of their hygiene slipping. So this little post is for those who need a little more info. But first, let's start off with those who are unaware of their b.o.(body odor) If you know someone who has an odor, tell them. Nine times out of ten they don't even know they have it! So when you make them aware of the issue, they are quick to resolve them. But if you're too uncomfortable with telling them then you could write them a note about the issue as well. This could save you both the embarrassment and problems if they don't take it so well. With that being said, the message for our women viewers are right below!(we have a little something for the guys as well;) )

Hi ladies we all know the care we need for the kitty, but what some don't know is what is good and bad for us. Let's start off by saying your kitty is NOT supposed to smell like roses. It's going to have a natural musky smell which is perfectly normal. Yes drinking pineapples and cranberry can help during sex, but that's all it's going to do. So be proud of your vagina and go get some with pride;) while we are on the subject about vaginas, let's talk about discharge. For those of you who don't know what discharge is, discharge is the body's way of getting rid of fluids. This is also normal, although it is important to check with your gynecologist about changes in the color and smell. We all know when something is not right with our vaginas and one major flag is when the discharge has a fishy odor. A fishy odor may be an underlying issue for something dangerous and should be checked by a gynecologist as soon as possible! But other than that it is normal for there to be discharge.

Hello there our Male friends we're going to talk about the pole down below. Men pride themselves in their size and aren't afraid to show it but the real question is "Are you taking care of your package?" By taking care of your package we washing it regularly. Sweat can be any and everywhere, especially under your balls which can form an unpleasant odor. Even if you just wash with a little soap and water, this may help a lot;)
